The Super Package
Notion Template Guide
Build A Second Brain With
Robust Systems Thinking
In our relentless pursuit of growth, productivity, and learning, we studied and learned how the most successful people and companies in the world plan with intention and generate the drive to chase after their goals. The answer? Thinking in systems.
After decades of co-creation and collaboration from thousands of family members in our supportive community, we've succeeded in architecting a systematic approach that has helped us level up every day. We are building a second brain that has a perfect memory, unbiased, and extremely organized.
Besides organizing our lives, the system builds natural incentives to motivate us to pursue personal growth, by ensuring the work we do is the work we love; leveraging the best practices in gamification to make work fun, so you get stuff done.
At the end of the day, we are simply offering a way to do the meaningful work that you want to do, happily. Through the super package, we are teaching you the best behind systems thinking and offering a robust architecture that can limitlessly grow with the ease of customization offered by Notion.
Our Two Big Ideas
We are highly motivated to...
Make Work Fun, Get Stuff Done.
Whether it's personal development or a day job from 9-5; we believe the work we do should be as enjoyable as possible.
Life is too short to live unhappily.
Always question the why, what, and how behind everything you do.
Systems offload the burden on our brains so we can focus on what matters. It organizes our thoughts and simplifies decision-making processes.
It's systems that amplify our productivity and translates an individual's success into a group success. Implementing successful systems means that your best practices and research can be shared with friends and family - allowing us to learn at breakneck speeds and efficiently share insights while creating actionable plans.
It helps us record how we think and be visually rewarded as we take meaningful steps towards our defined visions for the future, constantly motivating us to move forward.
Organizing our thoughts through digital records that communicate with each other helps us connect the dots whenever we start new projects and initiatives, so we are always working with intention.
By being transparently honest with ourselves about what we say and then what we do, we can understand ourselves a lot more and make constant improvements in our growth journeys towards our true goals and desires.

Auxillary systems. Lastly, we all have unique parts of our lives that we want to master and track, and we call those our sub-areas because they live in our areas of competence.
The Life Framework
This is a methodology that's been battle-tested while working with entrepreneurs, students, software developers, consultants, startups, and multi-million dollar corporations.
We've distilled the best of many established mindsets and methodologies out there, to come up with a life framework that is both easy to follow and meaningful to execute.

Proven Methodologies We've Integrated
To make our framework sustainable.
OKR stands for objectives and key results. It's a methodology heavily practiced by Amazon, Google, Facebook, and other teams and individuals to align on a bigger picture and move forward together.
When applied in a business setting, all team members involved gain a clear appreciation of company goals and how their team and individual can contribute towards that.
If you are able to use OKRs effectively in your personal life, you will be able to align and connect all your daily tasks to your overarching goals easily and efficiently.
PARA is a universal system for organizing digital information designed by Tiago Forte. It supports and enhances the work you do, telling you exactly where to put a piece of information, and exactly where to find it when you needed it.
Projects: series of tasks linked to a goal, with a deadline.
Areas: spheres of activity with a standard to be maintained over time.
Resources: topics or themes of ongoing interest.
Archives: inactive items from the other three categories.
SMART is an acronym that you can use to guide your goal setting to help you focus your efforts and be truly motivated to achieve it.
Specific: simple, sensible, significant.
Measurable: meaningful, motivating.
Attainable: agreed, attainable.
Realistic: reasonable, realistic, resourced, results-based.
Timely: time-based, time-limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive.
“In a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment.”
- Dr. Carol Dweck
We are heavily inspired by the agile framework for iterative development backed by continuous feedback through good reporting. Milestones often change as you start doing the work and learn new information, and you need to adapt appropriately.
Instead of betting everything on a "big bang" launch, an agile team delivers work in small, but consumable, increments. Requirements, plans, and results are evaluated continuously so teams have a natural mechanism for responding to change quickly. The agile framework that we practice the most is Scrum.
First principles thinking, which is sometimes called reasoning from first principles, is one of the most effective strategies you can employ for breaking down complicated problems and generating original solutions. It also might be the single best approach to learn how to think for yourself and apply critical thinking.
By building trusted data on yourself through meticulous recording of day to day activities and reflections, you are able to dismiss the cognitive biases and conduct better projects to achieve what you want in life.
Areas of Competence
The areas of competence ensure that you are extremely organized in your approach to how your everyday work and behaviors create value towards your overall life direction.
A personal workspace might include areas such as Travel, Fitness, Finances, and Knowledge. You'll notice that there is no limit to improving such areas, as you'll never have "perfect" health.
At work, areas are likely to include your internal departments, such as Marketing, Accounting and Business Development. Depending on the nature of your work, each of your clients might also be an Area.
We have multiple
relation properties to link items from other databases to an Area. This allows each area to serve as a dashboard that displays its goals, sub-areas (masters/trackers), and skills for each area of your life you wish to continuously improve.
Review Freq. property enables you to set a specific frequency in which you would like to review each area to ensure you are nurturing each competency as expected. The database will automatically alert you of items that are due for review with the
Special Events property.
Sub Areas (Masters & Trackers)
You can easily immortalize your successes by storing them as masters or trackers. Masters are best practices that helped you achieve excellence, and trackers keep a record of all the things you've done to service a particular area to succeed.
In short, if you conduct a really good project (or series of projects) that successfully helped you get towards your overall objectives and your goal, then the best thing to do is to encapsulate that knowledge into a master (standard operating procedure). To indicate a item in the areas database as a sub-area, first set the
type to master or tracker, and then relate the page to a relevant
