Exciting Changes to Our Choose a Class Feature

We have some fantastic news to share with you about the updates we've made to our Choose a Class feature. Your amazing feedback and suggestions from our Re-Exploring Classes meeting have helped us shape these changes, making it more enjoyable and inclusive for everyone.

Here's a quick rundown of the updates:

1. Clarified purpose! We are building out this feature to help our members level up more effectively by getting the mentorship, tools, and support they specifically need, and help members feel a sense of belonging with the community.
2. Goodbye downsides! We're no longer connecting classes to the stage of life people are in (student, creative, second winder) and removing weaknesses associated to classes.
3. Introducing roles! Classes are now being transformed into roles (defender, attacker, supporter, etc.) that better represent the roles you play in life, with their own unique strengths.
4. Seasonal Changes! Every season (every 3 months), you'll have the chance to pick up to 3 roles and get skill points to build your own unique skill tree to completely customize your character.
